prayers please
This isn’t one of our regular emails. I am writing to ask for prayer requests.
I’ll be sending this as a series of 3 emails. Let me tell you why.
At Catholic Stories for Children, we want to help kids grow in their love of Christ and neighbor, primarily through making animated videos.
Almost one year ago, a young couple from Pakistan reached out to me asking if they could translate the animations to Urdu. I said yes.
So they translated and dubbed the animations. Then put them on a laptop and went village to village, showing the animations to the kids. They taught the kids about Mary, their guardian angels, and St. Michael.

This couple started a ministry in Pakistan to educate kids, not just in the Catholic faith, but also in math, science, and all the other subjects. They know that through education, they can help bring these kids out of poverty.
So this wonderful couple have been going around to the villages with other volunteers, not just providing education, but also installing hand pumps for clean water, providing food for the families who do not have enough to eat, passing out Catholic bibles, and giving all they can to those in urgent need.
Even though there is not enough to support all these kids, they do everything they can with what they have.

I would like to ask for your prayers for their ministry.
Our next two emails will tell you about two other Catholics and the incredible work they are doing for the kids in Pakistan.
Why are we sending this to you?
Because we believe in the power of prayer of the larger Catholic community.
And you can get your kids involved too.
Ask for their prayers of intercession for other kids around the world. As your kids pray for those in need, they themselves will also grow in the virtue of love for others.
In Christ,
Trevor
P.S. If you know of international organizations that could provide additional relief for these villages, please let us know.
